Kelly Podmoroff, Operations Manager Solid Waste Kelly Podmoroff has been with Budget Waste Inc. since March of 2006. Mr. Podmoroff is the Operations Manager and a Director for Budget Waste Inc. Mr. Podmoroff came to Budget Waste Inc. with 11 years of solid waste and recycling experience. Mr. Podmoroff started Rocky Mountain Waste Services Inc. in January of 2000 and grew in the areas of residential waste and recycling with surrounding municipalities around Calgary. Mr. Podmoroff has worked hard with the municipalites to create and implement innovative recycling solutions to divert residential waste from landfills. Mr. Podmoroff is fully committed to the successful growth of Budget Waste Inc.
