Over the past few months of operations, BWI has undergone significant change in its management structure, operating technologies and financial status. Every aspect of management and operations has been reviewed and streamlined to facilitate the same level of growth that has been experienced in the past 1 1/2 years. Cost cutting measures and productivity enhancement programs have been implemented to strengthen the bottom line. Some of these measures are:
