CALGARY, Alberta, Nov. 9, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Budget Waste Inc. (Other OTC:BDGW.PK - News) signs a one year agreement with Panda Tank & Vac Truck Services Inc., to provide Combo Vac Truck Services for Panda customers in northern Alberta.

BWI will work with Panda to expand its oilfield services to clientele throughout Northern and Central Alberta, British Columbia, the Yukon, and the Northwest Territories. Rob Matthew, VP Operations for BWI said, ``BWI's Combo Vac Trucks are unique multi-use units that compliment Panda's services in the Grande Prairie area.''
