This positive step will provide both parties the opportunity to negotiate purchase terms and conditions with the best interests of both companies and all shareholders being priority. The purchase agreement is expected to be completed promptly as the companies have had an excellent operational relationship over the past year.

The addition of We Haul Waste Inc. will bring new, quality equipment to BWI and add several successful contracts to BWI.
